“Make in Vietnam” Charging System Serving 100 Million Subscribers Honored in Dubai (UAE)

Viettel High Tech’s vOCS 4.0, a Cloud Native charging system developed in Vietnam, won Best Technology Deployment (Operators/Gov.) – Asia at the Telecom Review Excellence Awards 2026 in Dubai. The system serves more than 100 million Viettel subscribers and processes over 300,000 transactions per second with latency below 5 ms. Viettel High Tech now offers vOCS 4.0 to international operators.
