General introduction

The ONLINE CHARGING PLATFORM (VOCS) is a convergent multi-service charging platform for mobile services from 2G to 5G, fixed services and digital services such as MySign, ePASS, Mobile Money, Cloud Charging and AI Charging. The system is deployed on telecom-grade cloud computing technology (NFV-MANO), supporting automation in operations and exploitation. The system architecture is deployed in a dual-site active-active model with disaster recovery capability. The system has been deployed in 10 countries with a capacity of 193 million subscribers.
